I have to disagree with the claim that his laning phase is weak. As long as you play wisely his laning phase is just fine, maybe not fantastic but it's fine, and once you get your first back you'll usually be able to return to lane and begin to play very aggressive, usually resulting in kills.
Most people are the visual type (60%) which means that your guide has to attract the readers through structure, images and be overall very appealing in design.
What lacks your guide in this aspect?
First of all, your guide has always the same structure. If you look at top rated guides, you see them using BBCode to represent their information much more tasty for the eye. Instead of writing a wall of text you should look for templates in the build and guide discussion or on BBCode guides.
And dude, don't be lazy with finding out the name of the artists. It is written even in the url and using google is pretty easy :P
Furthermore, you have a combo section. Honestly, I wonder why people use images or text for combos. There is the possibbility of making videos and gifs. The reader will be able to comprehend through SEEING and reading. I think that is an opportunity many guide writers miss out.
Use the center tag around the video link. Will look better.
Other reasons that could prevent people from reading
On this website are many vets and high elo player. Give them something new that they haven't seen in any Ekko guide before.
Another point is that your tips tricks belong partially to your ability section. I can read tooltips, give me tips on outplaying my enemy, special secrets you know. Tell me how to use it!
Which brings me to my next point. How do I play him in laning phase? Is there something different about mid game and late game? At which point does he fall off? When should I split push or am I better off 5 vs 5?
He is a melee assassin with an actual pretty strong level 2 paired with Ignite. A noob wouldn't know that, given that melees have a hard time against ranged champions. Tell them things like this (powerspikes is a topic which people rarely talk about).
Much text but I hope it helps. If you need help with the coding, look into the forum or send me a PM :)
