It's because of the header code I think. Try swapping their places so the header code goes before the colour code. [h2] [color=#etc] text here

Headers only come in the colour that they are meant to be, I think. You can use [size=6][/size] (I think it's from 1 to 6) to have a similar effect and to change the colour.

headers definitely work with colors

my guide coding used to use exclusively headers for the larger text and I could make it any color I wanted

Test

Code:
[color=#844DFA][h2][b]Test[/b][/h2][/color]

works fine here, so it's either a bug with the guide builder or a mistake in the code

nah headers can definitely be coloured you just have to have them before the colour code like I said. Only h1 doesn't work, it'll be a goldenish colour no matter what. I agree though that the size code is way better because it's not bolded and it can get a lot larger than the headers. It goes up to 7 though not 6!

She walks in beauty

[h2][color=#00ff00]She walks in beauty[/color][/h2]

She walks in beauty
[size=5][color=#00ff00]She walks in beauty[/color][/size]

that said i have no idea why @ The_Nameless_Bard's header colouring worked, because in all my life it didn't work for me unless it was before the colour code. Maybe it's different in the guide builder?

edit: just tried the same code (this

Test

) in the guide builder and it didn't work, myth busted

thank you jhoijhoi for the signature <3
