I have some serious doubts why you would pick the Inspiration as the main rune over Sorcery. Do you have some arguments for it?

This guide is so bad. I legit lost 9 Karthus matches in a row with this guide. The first 2 I won because my team carried me, but after I lost 9 in a row. The play style of just farming mid is completely oxymoron with playing mid as you should roam as a mid champ. I could maybe see this guide being useful if you are 100% getting your CS, but otherwise it's just not worth it and bad.

This guide absolute garbage, GARBAGE.

This author has little to no knowledge on how to play Karthus.

1. Karthus is sustained damage dealer not a DOT mage, like Brand or Malzahar.
2. Gold per generation runes are useless on any champion now, even supports.
3. Karthus's peak is in mid game when he has Rylias and Hourglass not the very late game, because people will have lockets, Hexdrinkers etc.
4.You do not play Karthus in AFK farm mode. Karthus has to be played aggressively, Karthus can win his lane against most champions if he can land his Q's often enough.
5. Rylias is a core item on Karthus, because it allows him to kite people around and keep consistently land his Q's
6. Exhaust is the best summoner spell on Karthus, because it negates burst and allows him to kill assassins. Also ignite is also good on Karthus if he is against a Swain or something like that.

I am making my own guide on Karthus, because this guide is so misleading

Great guide, but for knowledge, Sorcerer's Shoes - Homeguard have been removed.

If you could post some match-ups would be great but otherwise good start to a guide on karthus. It may not even be a bad idea explaining why certain items to make tank karthus could be used in certain situations in case of high burst and what not that karthus can't beat early game. However good start on a guide.

I've always wanted to try Karthus on lane but I would be so agressive that would just feed their leblanc allday ;w; , and this guide helped me alot, I just need to practice a little more before getting it to the table of ranked :D

Oh, and your guide is good even though you don't have "Fancy" stuff on it, It's more practical without it

Anyhoe, you don´t have to follow this build and about the lategame I underlined often enough in my guide that with GPS runes you don´t have to wait for lategame to become a monster.
