Can you give more information about what darius should do in early game, mid game and late game

Can you do a match-ups section?

I reccomend giving domination secondary or primary a try because cheap shot procs off of every single W you cast on an enemy champ, since the slow applies before the damage. With the recent buff to cheap shot its a lot of true damage that can be useful in lane.

I'd somewhat disagree with rune choices in resolve. I'd understand if its for first timers using Darius or not really that experienced, its great vs poke laners like teemo, panth, gnar which darius has challenge against. As a Darius main, i'll advise anyone reading this, if running conqueror, get chrysalis and unflinching in resolve. For phase rush, get nullifying orb(vs magic damage), manaflow if not, and celerity with precision as secondary rune(triumph + alacrity).

The game knowledge in the guide is great. I learned a thing or 2 in the wave control section and got some clarity on properly using pressure/what it actually does. As a Darius main, I can see how you lack experience with darius, and its fine. The build is okay, but i'd advise that you encourage folks to go more tanky, and the 5% increase in darius' E makes tri-force the better choice on darius mostly(when going against 3+ tanks, cleaver would be better). To anyone reading this, try his item build but without cleaver and titanic hydra, instead replacing cleaver with tri-force and titanic hydra with guardian angel or a tank item to counteract enemy team comp.For example: allowing you to keep deadman's and still get randuin's omen. Trinity force's spellblade gets damage increase with sterak's gage because of +base attack damage increase [+75AD with darius]. Trinity force + sterak's practically gives titanic hydra's active damage to a single target. Trinity force basically rids the need for titanic hydra and let's you burst your target down quickly, especially when running conqueror. Try it. :)

First off, I want to say thank you taking time to read the guide and I am glad you are able to take away something for the guide.

I would like to start off by saying that there is no ONE correct way to build any champion, especially . Each Rune choice and Item build should be altered towards the game and how the game is being played out. I believe that the Runes and Items I have in my guide are general guidelines for players.

I would like to explain the reasoning behind certain Runes & Item choices.

In my Resolve Runes, I recommend and . There are multiple reasons why, and I talked with other high-elo players on why these two runes stand out compared to other Resolve runes. is extremely-OP in Patch 8.6, because you get favorable trades compared to someone who does not take . 60 reduced damage at level 1 is A LOT of damage (equal to an auto-attack). As for , the sustain from synergizes well with 's 12% missing health heal ( heals 4% of mising health on top of 's heal).

Another reason for and is when I looked at ProBuilds to see what Runes Pro players using on , a common combination was and especially from an high-elo player, WingsOfDeath.

If you are looking for a reference, a one-trick in high-elo, "EloDaddy Darius" runs the exact Runes I recommend in my guide.

As for Item builds, it was rare to see built on on ProBuilds and is extremely expensive (most expensive item in the game). I would not recommend unless you are extremely ahead and have the disposable gold. It is too expensive and is better against tanks because of 's passive.

I think the key point that is being overlooked is 's auto attack reset which allows to weave in more auto-attacks to apple more stacks of . The auto-attack reset allow for a faster combo and allows to cancel unnecessary animations, i.e. auto-attack animations, ability animations.

I hope this made the reasoning behind the Rune and Items choices a bit more clearer so you can see where I am coming from. I believe that your build is fine if you are extremely ahead and fed. Unfortunately in my elo (Plat/Dia), I do not have the luxury of building every game and have to build the gold-efficient item choice .
