Greeting Jackwhite20, about rushing the bloodthirster i think its great cause enemy will rush at you if you have hp lower than 50% and when they rush at you you can do combo and kill them instantly and you will regain a large amount of hp, anyway this guide is great you did great job just add some BBCodes and it will be great.

Nice guide!
However I don't think is a good last item, since it is strongest in early game. It also doesn't work well when you already have 100% crit, since you will already crit with every attack, so there is no need to guarantee the first autoattack critting.

While you are right, I just find rushing and full crit better. The shield and lifesteal are too good to pass up and full crit makes you even more snowbally and almost unkillable. Also i din't find any other item that would be good for Draven as a last one.
