Lol, it would have been awesome if that was the case, but I switched to Warmogs 45 minutes through when it became clear that my team wasn't pushing, Corki quit, Annie was feeding, and everyone was just not helpful. Didn't even call for my ult after I reminded them to.
I did get about 5 kills (and lots of deaths) with warmogs though. They were pretty tanky though.
EDIT: Annie's reaction when she couldn't kill me (and thought I still had 700 AP) was something like, "WTF KARTHUS IS SO OP 8000 HEALTH AND STILL DOES 1000 DAMAGE??? WTF!!"
