OMG this build is so alpha af. I only think that it'd be quite hard against birb because she has so much poking potential. Anyway, really nice to see other build that aren't exactly meta

You are definitely right. Usually, when you go against Anivia you want to look for early kills on her so she doesn't out push you causing you to lose CS and roaming potentials. If the games against your favors, wait for ganks or just counter push the waves to Anivia stays in lane.

Wonderful build! Ive never used Dark seal before so this will be interesting I especially like how the build helps new players. Good job! I also didn't know electrocute worked on her!
