To begin with sorry for the late reply. So of course you need to practise last hitting in order to get better and while some ppl would recommend doing it in customs i personally would tell you to do it in normals or even ranked games so as to put urself in a realistic situation. Also Wave Control is very important thats why i decided to include this in my guide of course and i would actually recommend maybe watching a few more videos and trying out the freezing/pushing techniques to see how they can work in your favour . One last tip from me would be to not focus all that much on cs and with that i mean sure its a good thing to have an 200 cs @ 20 min but there is more to this game than csing like being there for your team when they contest objectives or winning the trades in lane . So what I am trying to say is just don't stay bot lane farming all game and not even trading with the enemy bot lane because back when i was learning I used to do something similar - care for farm too much and it would usually cost me the game.
