Interesting guide!
I notice that
So as you asked I read your guide and I must say that I am interested in experimenting with your runes. I hadn't thought about the AP-Skarner before in the jungle. Of course I played some AP-Skarner top and mid but just for fun, not in Ranked games.
While reading your ideas I can see the reason you take behind each rune and I will give them a try soon.
Once I have done some games playing this I will come back to you and let you know how it felt. ^^
