ich komme nicht auf die schweren matchups klar deswegen frag ich: soll ich roamen gehen oder einfach laning phase "surviven"?
I found your guide today and I have to say it's pretty amazing since you explain a lot of very important things (like items, gameplay and such), leave open possibilities for players to choose their preferred play style (specifically in the runes section) and even offer videos with do's and don't's of team fights.
However, I noticed that your synergy section lacks some explanations of why you think for example

On the visual side, I'd recommend you to scale down some icons because they're a bit too big. Also, red text is better to read when it's bolded.

I just came across your guide and i really like how you did with the chapters, good job! :)
I wonder tho, at times when i play
I find Ahri a very strong pick against Kat, I usually go Doran Shield as first item and mercury boots as fast as I can (same with Ryze and Ekko).
I try to bait the charm going aggresive a bit for it. For example, at level 2-3 I try to go Q+E and then E again far away as much as I can, not to poke, just to try to bait his charm. Usually the players are smart and try to charm you in the moment you go to the blade, so I play with that, usually I use E behind them and then W to have again the Shunpoo and run away.
The trouble with Ryze is that he overscale (not sure if it's written like that, sorry xD) you pretty much. The point here is that her push in early is not very fast, os I rush boots and try to roam as much as I can. Another tip that I can give you is that I took the Sorcery secondary runes with Nullifying Orb and Waterwalking or Celerity (I prefer Waterwaling to roam and to perma help the jungler in the fights for the Rift Scuttler).
With Ekko it is hard to say. I just let him push and try to make him go aggresive pre level 6 (you are stronger there, before depends on how the players play) and help your jungler (again with the Scuttler and to ward their jungler and the enemy one). He will help you too, and (usually) they let the kill because Kata is an hyper carry.
Finally, in this Meta, Katarina is not the Queen she used to be, so you need to be very careful in early or they will destroy you pretty hard. For example, Ekko and Ahri are now the gods for solo Q hahaha.

I have a hard time playing vs katarina in mid, (my main is ekko) i have to play vs her often which makes me get kinda cancer haha. How am i supposed to play vs her? Whats her biggest weekness that i can punish her for? cc? If i get the counter pick, who should i take? thanks in advance :)
If you play Ekko against Katarina you need to poke her with the Q as much as you can, because her low levels are to bad to farm undertower, and a Katarina with no items is not a very big trouble. The problem here is that if you push very hard, you can be ganked so much.
The second part of it, is to not waste the Ekko's dash (I think is E, I don't play Ekko so much)trying to poke her if your not confindent to win the fight because Katarina can reduce the cd of his jump to 0 if she take their blades and make the fight against you.
Also, a champ with CC (stun/snare/silence/knock-up/displacement)can stop her from channeling her ultimate and dealing massive AOE damage.
Finally, don't walk near the blades if you don't want to bait her, because she deal a lot of damage if she step on them.
Kata counters are Diana, Malzahar, Vladimit, Kassadin, Feedelstick and Lissandra in the midlane, but every champ that can stun her in her ult like Blitzcrack with his R are good options to destroy her.
But if you play Ekko and like the AP assasins like him, I recommend you Diana, is also an amazing midlaner and she counter a lot of assasins too.

Katarina has a good wave clear when se got items, but in early (levels 1-4) she cannot do so much if she's under tower (maybe she's the new Faker and farm everything, but you know, usually this is the hardest moment with Katarina for me xD)
