This build is terrible, clarity on an AD carry. LMFAO! And Manamune. Such a worthless item. There is MABY one character that a manamune might bennifit and this shade is not it. Terrible build Down Vote Inc.

Nocturne's passive does not increase AS, actually his Passive is Benefited from AS, seeing as how every attack reduces his passives CD by 1 second. this means you can heal more often.

Clarity and Manamune? No survival items? Rageblade? Really, this build is stupid, sorry.
Only mana item I use is Banshee's Veil and I got manaregen runes, in that case I dont have ANY problems with mana at all. Really. Thats a waist or an item slot and global spell slot.
No survival items mean, that you can only block one CC spell with your shield, 2nd will kill you 100%.
Guinsoo is useless because only AD in it got some use on Nocturne. You dont need AS, because of your passive increase, and AP for only one spell, that even can not deal any damage, if opponent will break distance is not crucual, some extra AD would be better.

I figured the rageblade is a good way to get some extra AP for Unspeakable Horror. plus it gives a AS buff, i know its after 8 hits but that is still a nice chunk of speed and with the way i do combat the rageblade makes a little bit of sense. i thank you cor your criticisms and will check out the change you mentioned.

very nice build.. but i do have one comment.. why the rageblade? i would replace it with either a black cleaver or i.e. noct needs more ad than att speed. check out my nocturne build :P i hve put all day and yesterday testing it and i havehad reat results.
