I've seen other builds in which they max W after Q insteaf of E. What do you think about that aproach?

Its stupid, always max w the last. Remember that you can hit a decent gank without w sometimes if you have maxed other things,

Why would you rush lich? The bonus magic damage on lich scales with AP. I always rush Spellbinder into Deathcap into lich, because that's where it becomes most useful. Not to mention the extra AP and MS from spellbinder is really helpful for ganks.

doesn't need additional movement speed when you get + + .
I preffer rushing DCap second after jungle item + .
If enemies has no MR at all I like to pick up as my last item.

Hey,what do you think of maxing E?I feel like it can give way more burst potential early on if you actually manage to get close to the target.

Maxing E first is bad because your Q is your main source of clear damage so maxing E before Q will hurt your clear speed and health when clearing so I recommend just maxing Q first then E
