If you have the time could your elaborate on a couple of topics that aren't yet covered extenstively in your guide?

How do you personnally maximize your use of Bridge Between?

How do you approach your ability rotation in various situations? E.g when invading, when ganking, when team fighting?

What criterion do you use to for deciding which lanes to gank?

If you have to teamfight how do you approach it? Peel for your carries, try and get flank stuns, simply frontline and soak damage? Obviously all situational, but I would like to hear your thoughts on how you think through these things.
