I love playing ultimate hunter on Soraka, it's so easy to have the five assists with that R, and thanks to this runes, you'll be less afraid of "wasting" your ult for help someone. I recommend Athene's Graal in addition in your build, I find it pretty useful on raka

I don't find it hard playing against thresh or blitz, just put like 3 points into E early.

I would not advise putting extra points into E at all, it delays your W maxed powerspike by 3-7 minutes, depending on how long it takes to get 2 extra levels. Laning vs. Thresh and Blitz isn't that hard regardless, it's just if you get grabbed, most of the times you die. If you position right they shouldn't be able to. It's more that in teamfights they can lock someone down and 5 man focus one person. Soraka doesn't do that well into that style, because it takes her time to heal and it is not safe for her to walk towards a 5 man unit. If someone gets 5 man focussed and it isn't a tank, Soraka isn't going to be able to stop it. so they are the biggest threats together with Nautilus. Not because they are difficult in lane, but because they counter her playstyle in teamfights.
