Quick question: Why do you take over /?

I am thinking, I started playing Veigar bot with (on my suprise) success. I started looking for tips and tricks for this champion. I learnt about aa-cancel and I will try to do it in my games but I have one question. In what matchup I should pick electrocute over Glacial Augment. I am just wondering and thinking when it could be really usefull. Thanks in advance

Me and my buddy duo bot sometimes Veigar and Amumu, cause Amumu can set up all of Veigar's kit with the bandage into ult, and Amumu also amps Veigar's damage output as well.

Hi Veigarv2, is veigar any fun to play? Is he easy to play? How hard is he to master? What makes him a better pick than other scaling mages? Is he consistently good in the meta? How hard (or easy) is it to solo-carry games? I have been thinking of picking him up, but I want to know if he is the best choice or not.
