Hi. Don't you think taking BloodLine over Alacrity be a better choice since you're using Lethal Tempo + Phantom Dancer/Sanguine Blade (or both)? with that much Attack Speed I guess an overall 12% Life Steal Shines more than 18% Attack Speed (this way is more survivable against tankier champs and gives an overall healthiness since you can fill your health faster.)

Nocturne`s passive is based on AA, if you attack more you get it faser, each AA is -1 Second to the timer. Just preference.

But the maximum amount of it is 40 per target hit (at level 18. it adds 15% of ability power as well but nocturne has 0AP). Its amount of healing is not even comparable to 12% Life Steal. Nocturne's passive is more helpful in jungling/laning not fighting... The Life Steal will also be more useful in late game (as it scales with your damage) since nocturne can fall of late game. Nocturne isn't much attack speed dependent since he's an assassin. That's why most people go Lethality on him. But in Attack Speed Builds, You're not gonna one shot someone or something. Fights will be longer so Life Steal can really help you stay alive since Nocturne is Squishy. I was using Alacrity before but since I changed to Bloodline I feel much more healthy. Hey, i`ve liked the idea of a more sustain focused runes, but i think this is more usefull in lane, i really like to play more agressive in the jungle, but is definetly an option for running tankier/sustain builds, but right now the meta is the High Damage and attack speed, even for stat contribution and gold value is more worth going for the attack speed builds. But LoL is a game, and play the way you like, and have fun, that`s the most important thing!

The idea of using sudden impact is to cause more damage with the ultimate, since you are using the ultimate hunter, you get your ulti cooldowns earlier and can abuse even more the suddent impact rune. Tase of blood is a more sustainy rune to go, and a safer one, i want to explain this better in the chapters later.
