In my opinion, as an Ammumu main when off-roleing Jungle, Conqueror is by far the best rune, no matter what (viable) items you are opting for. Not only does it give sustain, the Precision tree allows for more risky/bursty teams in 2v2s

Both Ultimate and Treasure hunter subrunes work well, indeed. I really think this is a matter of preference. As you become more adept with Amumu, you should get a good idea of what subrune here works the best. I'll look into adding a little paragraph about these options in the guide!
I don't have any comments on Demonic Embrace, it's probably worth waiting to see.
Abyssal Mask will really only be a buy into AP teams. I don't think the MR debuff is going to be strong, the number is not mentioned.
FoN should become significantly stronger with priority.
Also, Cosmic Drive should feel really good for Amumu's AP build, even though he's not a fighter, the MS should help so long as it stays 30%+.
I also just realized this combo would be even crazier with the Infernal Dragon Soul! In the game I played we claimed Mountain Soul, and I'm not sure if any before that (or any we slayed) was an infernal drake. I bet if you slayed at least two infernal drakes your AP with Yuumi would be 1100 at least, possibly up to 1200 or even 1300 if the enemies got the first two dragons then your team got 4 infernals. I know this isn't a guaranteed thing or anything like that, of course you have no idea which drakes are going to spawn, but just imagine that boost!

I definitely think "OK" is the perfect spot for Yuumi cause it can go either way, either she'll make you a total beast, or her help will be just alright without making a significant difference. If the team's not doing too well, the pair probably isn't going to turn things around, but if you're pretty strong throughout the game, like the game I referred to in the original comment I'd say I was quite fed, then in late game she just makes you a monster. Bandage toss alone was nearly one-shotting anyone I hit, so the Q+E combo was always a guaranteed kill. This was also maybe the second or third game I played as Amumu with the AP build (tried Tank first and didn't like it, especially when switching to AP resulted in immediate S), so getting 34 kills with a new champ definitely left an impression.
