The build doesn't function in the modern era of League of Legends unless you are thirty kills ahead in low elo. Lacks a lot of survivability and damage, even.

Almost none of his builds work except when you are like below Silver. Can't decide wether or not he is serious with these guides or if he is just trying get as much clickbait out of it as possible like in his YT Vids. Literally the quote "60% winrate in Challenger" while he hasn't been playing in anything but low Diamond should say enough.

You are just bad if u truly think this build only works in silver xddd. i got to diamond playing this build and some other lethality variations using duskblade instead of eclipse and the carry potential is insane. not baloris fault that u are a bad carry with wukong so u have to come here to spread hate on him.

Update please and conq is way better atm. You literally cant burst a midlaner down with eclipse etc. You need one of the newer lethality items to be deadly towards anyone.

I’ve found this build to be very effective - in the mid lane - won 13 games out of 19 played and didn’t lose lane once. Top was more of a stretch though... I feel like electrocute falls off a bit late game and as top you can’t really effect that much change around the map. I find that conqueror lethality wukong works better up top (it’s even better than pta b/c how fast wukong can stack it). Also, conq is a must into Akali.

PTA will let you do more damage but the only problem is going to the "time" that you need to activate it, Conqueror is not something I am fan with, cause there are lots better options, BUT, it's an option as well (not ideal)!
My personal favorite will always going to be the cause of the damage that we can apply really quick, but as you said the 20 sec CD of the rune is going to limit you a little bit in late game and that's why will be the strongest for a full late game, cause you will do burst dmg plus the 12% bonus damage that together with coup de grace will go up to 20% and let you DELETE literally any target 💙

I just wanted to say you are one of the most giving, and kind hearted players in the world; who not only plays the game to satisfy your own needs of "build making" for all champs (the synergies across all champs you have touched are amazing) but also donates that information in extensive and carefully crafted content that made me laugh so many times this night. I just wanted to reach out to you, especially after seeing some of the-so-positive and ignorant comments on your builds, and I think which after all thesse haters, your unbreakable mental is certainly something to be analyzed not only from a student's perspctive, but as a peer. Currently this build is top notch, contrary to most people who still keep rune synergies and item synergies separate, Balori sees synergies other's cannot,with both runes and items working as one (that is why you must follow the build EXACTLY for it to work out it's curated math) . If you need information on HOW to play Wukong, you find luck in other guides, Balori's guide is a master's add-on degree for those who want to take their micros and super-charge them into a fresh and spicy perspective on combat you were used to. :)

Sorry for the late reply, I am answering hundreds of comments in our Youtube videos so I found today some spare time to answer to mobafire questions as well, you are way too kind my friend and I am glad that you are having fun playing with our way and of course enjoying the videos!
For me, this is just my way to have fun and enjoy the game.
What I am showing with my guides, something that people keep forgetting is MY WAY of playing each champion, thats why the guides always starting with the title "My Full Lethality" etc.
Most of the times people get MAD cause there is always a better way to play their favorite champion that they refuse to believe, personally I dont remember negative comments, especially while reading thousands of comments per day, the feedback if my builds working or not comes from MY PERSONAL experience (cause I am always using my own builds to rank up) and from the comments that I am reading, I saw people reaching Diamond 1 from Bronze with our builds and playing against me (fun times) and other crazy stuff.

So what I can say is this: Free ELO is not for everyone, haters gonna hate (not that haters even exist) and we BaLorians gonna ENJOY 💙💙
