Thanks for your kind words! The difference I meant to get across with noob and noobslayer Lucian is identifying yourself as either having strong vs weak mechanical skill. The noob Lucian build is very durable while still doing lots of damage, letting you make a few mistakes and get away with it. The noobslayer build is a max damage build that requires you to be able to dodge effectively and position well with your E. Since this is a low elo build, I titled it noobslayer as the greater damage output will let you take full advantage of your mechanical skill in outplaying your opponents so long as you are able to stay alive.
