This guide is still effective or not anymore, I say why they eliminated the rune of omvivampirism

the highlight of playing TK with your builds is in the midgame when nobody notices how tanky you are, then you can spam CTRL + 4 while soaking damage as if it was nothing
though afterwards they turn their brains on and start building armor pen stuff, which makes it significantly less fun :/

Man, your immortal tahm kench build is really something! yesterday i was just playing top tahm ketchup to lick them all, i looked at my enemies level i was terrified, i was facing a level 200+ akali with mastery 7 and around 200k mastery points and im a level 41 with like 10 games in tahm, suprisingly i managed to destroy her and even got called a smurf! ( a compliment in my book considering i wasnt smurfing) and we lost cuz my bot fed a 19/0/11 lux, but i considered it a win cuz i could beat a lvl 200+ toxic player. Thanks man for this build, you allowed me to effectively play my fav champ.
