Well done!
I hear a lot of top level players that Lillia is super strong during the late game, especially if she has her ultimate avaliable.
She usually can get mutltiple people effectet by her ultimate, since she has the HP pool to do so.

I kinda left that there without looking over it again, after playing Lillia so often I would also say the opposite is the case. She is an insane late game champion. Will edit, thanks for the reminder!
Also, E max will not increase slow duration, nor the amount of time they are slowed in total, because the Cooldown doesn't decrease either. The uncertain factor that you're consistently going to hit depends on your skill and I would expect people who actually take playing her that serious to consistently hit those middle Ws. Though even if they don't, they'd deal more DPS in a fight. The only thing speaking for an E max is therefore the increased slow at the cost of damage. This trade can for sure be taken if you've failed at winning the early game and need to kite the enemy rather than getting up close to them and throwing a W in their face. So, i can see an E max as viable if you're too scared to approach the enemy and go for a more defensive/utility Playstyle after you've not managed to build a lead.
Personally, I wouldn't want to miss out on the superior DPS value and since I know I can reliably hit the Bullseye, I even get Triple the value of it compared to an E max
Kind regards.
has look through your guide roughly but not yet done reading since i find the new hero pretty interesting. would like to ask if you ever consider tank runes like AFTERSHOCK or GRASP OF THE UNDYING? also do you always buy Liandry and rylai even though i know it's the core item somehow,
like rylai then tank items or sunfire cape with first item then proceed with boots, other tank items?
also i wanted to put the tag of runes, as i want to show but i dont know how do i do it
Full DPS Lillia is, in my opinion, almost never going to outperform Tank Lillia. Lillia just isn't made to be a Hypercarry and just the idea of her kit and the intended playstyle doesn't really want you die from 3 skills by the enemy. You are circling the enemy and prancing around but you're still catching loads of Attacks and you have to withstand those, there's no extra Resistances or Damage Reduction you get from her kit. The Liandry's and Jungle Item gives you enough Damage to keep up in sufficient DPS as you go tank. Keeping up your Passive on the enemy (and therefore Liandry's) is what you should be looking to do most of the time. Tank Lillia allows you to take more hits as you re-apply your passive over and over again, most of the time until the end of the teamfights. Full DPS Lillia would have just died in the first seconds of the battle after being locked down for a second.
Hope I helped you out! :)
Just as a sidenote though, I am not a huge fan of Conqueror Lillia anymore, being honest, since applying the actual 12 Stacks in real games doesn't go as smoothly as explained in theory. I still usually run Dark Harvest :)
