Could you please explain why don't you use lethal tempo?
And why I should not build Rabadond's hat as third item?

+ Reworked kayle has a lot of free attack speed from her passive
+ Ult prevents kayle from AAing
+ Her new trade/all-in patterns are a lot more burst oriented which benefit from PTAs increased damage
Kayles old laning used to really benefit from LT because she used to typically passively shove waves with her E splash and would very easily proc LT for the same reason.
For your Rabadons 3rd question I've actually been trying it out a lot recently and I really like it vs squishy teams. Rageblade 3rd is still fine vs things like Ornn + tank jungler/support though.
