Evelynn sucks period if you're ever behind or in a bad match. But I still think if you're ever behind yes you should still rush Rabadon after LB. Lichbane scales off raw AP with its 40% AP ratio so to get your burst going all you really need is raw AP which Rabadon provides.

I think all in all playing from behind with Lichbane rush is actually better than mythic rush. Your clears are just so more OP so you can potential farm back into the game and you spike so much earlier so even behind you should still be one of the first in the game with your first item.

It's another word for "hovering". Basically if it's an ally you stay in the general area nearby to protect them against dives or gankes. If it's an enemy, with Evelynn you just stay near them but outside of vision.

I'm guessing you're quoting my Lucian synergy tooltip? I mean hover and keep an eye out for potential counter ganks. If you have a Lucian mid (assuming he's good) he will most likely shove in most laners and draw so much aggro for the enemy jungler to gank. So depending on how strong and how winnable the 2v2 is you wanna hover (shadow).
