With the recent changes to Vigilant Wardstone (grants less AH, no movespeed, grants bonus AD, AP, AH, health), would you still recommend building it as early as you do? Love the guide, thanks!

I love this guide it's very comprehensive.
The only thing I might ask to be added is runes (which is usually built to match users of the rune like .

I previously didn't like Aftershock, and still often take Phase Rush at the moment, but a few people have been asking for it so I'm putting it together with some testing at the moment!

What I like about Sett is he is a multi-position champion, he can go top, jungler, or support... So, since I plan to get Sett with my Blue Essence soon, I will be able to use your guide, it really is helpful!! Thank you so much for the great effort :>

Is it wise to go to the other lane and try to get a few kills as sett support for a better Score, Is sett support suitable for that, due to his raw damage as the champion himself

This is called roaming and it's definitely a good idea on Sett. Waterwalking helps a lot with this and it's one of the reasons that Dead Man's Plate is so good on him. If you're new to roaming I'd suggest keeping it to midlane and bot jungle, going top is risky and difficult as a support, you'll miss too much XP.
