As an Ekko jungle main I wanted to provide my feedback on the build:
You bring in a new Ekko build not many players have considered, focusing on Ekko's insane mobility. Overall you have good item choices with Lich Bane and Rocketbelt. With the previous Cosmic Drive buffs I think it has become more viable of an item on Ekko as it makes use of the ability power he needs for maximum burst potential. It also adds some tankiness which can be useful for staying in the backline longer before ulting.
For the runes, you provide multiple options, including a high elo Korea secondary that many lower rank NA players aren't aware of (good job!). You may want to include Inspiration secondary runes since this build can work with pretty much any assassin rune set you take on Ekko. Overall well done.
This build, while not necessarily the optimal damage or juggernaut build, is well put-together. If you are looking for an Ekko build that focuses on increasing your mobility in fights then this is a great build for you.

Also, just on a side-note, calling a player iron without any insight into it is kind of blank in my opinion. You have no proof of them being iron and even if it would be the case, that still wouldn't degrade their guide in any way.
But yeah, If you would have those 5 minutes of your time, I think most of us would appreciate a better explanation of your problem, even if it would be just 3 sentences.
