Your structure could use some working on. While yes, the design is somewhat neat and tidy to some degree, here and there you can see some small improvements with custom icons being resized so the centered text matches the flow of the rest.

If you type width=100] at the end of the IMG it will continue to resize using less of the column size which pushes text back to the left rather than forcing it off into the right. A rough example would be right HERE column's get messed up easy this way.

Outside of this, everything seems to be "TOO" condensed and squished together I have a hard time focusing on any one point because everything is just so close to one another! I would highly recommend to throw in a few breaks with your columns to give your viewers a little bit of breathing room for their eyes to not be overwhelmed by walls of texts.

An example would be your Pros and Cons section, which is so condensed that text simply keeps bumping down into a long list, as opposed to a rectangle something similar to this would be much neater and simple to read through as a reader. HERE
The Viego in the center is completely unnecessary as it breaks the format and is just a visual eyesore, you could reformat it and remove the Viego while going for a completely new design instead which I personally thing would be the best option.

The contrasts of colors with the simplistic design of Mobafire (Dark Blue and Light Blue) tend to be too "rough" on the reader.

You are using too many colors and multiple colors blended into one section. You have gone for a more "Viego" design when it comes to the guide and throw in some rough Red, Hard Green, Neon Colors and such. I would highly recommend to simply keep the text more straight forward and simple and white or a even color all throughout the guide for consistency sake.

If you want to make something "Pop" out to the reader, change the text to bold or use a custom text like the "Summoners, Spells & Sequence" image at a smaller size which looks, much much cleaner, it may be a bit more coding but it's well worth it.

Along with the guide being so condensed and close together the constant giant imagery text really looks out of place and too big overall with the bright green colors of Viegos design, try being a bit more sparse with how much you put in and focus more on balancing colors with spacing.

I personally like it when people have "Notes" on their builds. Which is lacking in this guide. People become overwhelmed.

Where are the match-up notes?
How do I fight ____ ?
What do I do when ____ ?

Giving your reader some source information like this is much more reliable rather than holding out on them. Most people will come into a guide looking for Match-up information and item builds and why, it takes a lot of effort to keep them visually immersed in reading further into things, but the most important things are, Items, Runes, Matchups & how to deal with them.

I see upon further inspection that Sleepy is mostly the coder / designer and not Harambe. But my current an previous posts stand.

I personally was confused due to this misunderstanding. It's not really fair to critic someone else's work. (In my opinion) when the majority of the content isn't the one requesting a review, per say. But I stand by what I had stated based on my overall review a few changes here, a few changes there to fix some minor things. There are tons of people out there / here with many different views. I'm one of the harder critics who simply tire of eye candy, since it's mostly a 1-1 of Sleepies guides. Which can translate to those aswell. Same minor changes to center text, and make things overall more neat.

I never really say the guide is bad or anything is bad, I simply say additional things to "improve on".

Things like a match-up cheatsheet, and notes and such would be a great addition to any and all guides for those who do not wish to read the body of a guide.

I was referring to the structure with the coding used. I simply mean to say visually the design / coding need to go hand in hand. Example: Proper sizing and resizing which isn't on you, it's available through coding with the use of width=, columns.

Example:instead of the 100% version size (Right click to view in new tab)

I was specifically addressing the use of code while utilizing designs. The same thing with the use of THESE COLORS while being all squished together, which again comes down to going back through the code and spacing some text apart a bit so that it isn't just mashed together. The Art Design is not bad, I'm saying the coding needs to be improved to make it all work.

Consistency is good to have, as it more easier to follow than abrupt changing of styles. If that makes sense.

There are sections of the guide that are very well done, like the Team-Fighting section, nice, neat, beautiful coding working well together with the design, nothing obstructing the vision, a nice pan from left to right, easy to follow and easy to read. (I am not saying your design art is bad. It's fine.)

The removal of Viego or simply a re-location of him in Pros and Cons would free up some space to re-structure or to look more tidy and less jumping back and forth. A simple line designed in his place similar to other locations of the guide would be good so it condenses it neatly.
