For the most part, you should avoid 1v1s as Anivia Jungle, especially when the opponent is ahead of you in levels, and participate in team fights instead. Even if your Anivia doesn't deal a lot of damage since you aren't fed, you still have tons of CC which makes you still useful. When I have a pursuer on my tail in team fights, I usually save my main CC - my Q - to stop them in their tracks to let the rest of my team finish them off. Instead of chucking your CC at them, missing, and dying a quick death, you're better off saving it so you have a means of escape at all times. In the case you don't have your Q ability, just place your ult down in front of you so oncoming pursuers are slowed. It's less effective as opposed to your Q ability since it doesn't prevent dashes but it's better than nothing. Most of your team fights are in ganks so it'll be a 2v1 or 3v2 so there are better odds; just avoid being the targetted character and you should be able to survive for the most part.
