New Tier List

Description

I've been a support main from the day I began playing (2020 Dec), playing against bronze to plat4 opponents. Sometimes, meta supports get really boring, especially when you've tried most of it and know what does and does not work for you. I often want to leave botlane as is, but I'm not comfortable with being yelled at, instead, I try to make everything a support (and get flamed for that. I think what makes a difference is that I know how to support decently, and I don't know how to sololane as well).

Strong picks Tier 1

I played as or played against them, and found them strong

Strong but it will cost your adc some gold Tier 2

You'll probably take kills or a couple of minions from them

Passive supports Tier 3

even if you want to play aggressively, it might not be the best idea

I am yet to try Tier 4

I don't have an opinion even though i tried/have s Tier 5

Tier Description

autofill supports playing their main role's champ Tier 6

Obviously every assassin ever

I see more and more Ashe supp these days. People go AP for her W and slow - I find it really similar to MF supp, honestly.

What I usually see is Spectral Sickle start, Imperial Mandate mythic, Muramana and then just attack speed items. Thank you for reminding me, somehow she slipped my mind, I'll add her right away! (Probably because she's a botlaner by default)

Nice Tier i also consider ekko

Thank you for your input! I imagine you go the usual build and rely heavily on his slow/stun and q poke, and then post-6 you can just leave sticky situations.

Actually I play ekko with Guardian and Solari XD later i tell you the build ;)

idk if you consider them offmeta just because noone plays them even in their mainrole much , but taliyah and neeko are incredibly good low elo and work on the same level as most other mages, lillia is another weird one u dont expect to work but often does( go shurelias or moonstone into rylais and and shes an absolute scaling beast, but early game be careful since u have no cc except slow and can only peel via close range dmg so not much)

Oh yeah, I'll definitely add both! To be honest, I've seen more Taliyah as an adc being a complete bully and killing us over and over. I guess she works the same as a support. Also haven't considered Lillia! Will definitely try, I'm in love with both Moonstone and Shurelya's so it sounds fun! Thanks for your input! ♥

true taliyah adc is also very good, but after the buffs 11.8 actually support taliyah shot up to 52 and is currently her best role. give it a try shes way more forgiving than before. taliyah in general is a flexpick played in all roles like pantheon , her best are jng , sup then mid, adc and lastly top due to hardcounters like irelia.

if you want sup tipps: treat her q like a hook, its a tool for punishing misposition, just instead of cc its pure dmg ( landing all 5 stones plus aery proc, which you should take as sup as it helps autotrade , can do smth like 300 dmg lv 1 thats. dont bother always landing combo for that reason try getting to lv 3 and all in if you can , hit qs and poke with worked ground q and autos, then find a good point to w e q an adc to death and keep a lead, roaming with ult is also really strong. her worst matchups are nautilus, pantheon and pyke as u cant combo or punish them well.

Lillia is fun because of moonstone interaction: take moonstone, rylais for slow, demonic embrace for more dot, wardstone and shard ofc.
now if you dont die in the tf and land any ability moonstone will proc over the duration of 7 seconds, that can be up to 4 heals from one ability. basicly ur a high dmg scrappy as hell enchanter. laning phase is pretty bad u need to hit e quite well and ur adc should give up prio or atleast not engage but 2 items in its amazing.

What makes the difference definitively is when you know how to play support. Honestly, a lot of supports are great for the support role, even if they are just for counterpicking.
