2 point into q, spam q on enemy when they go to last hit for poke, POM regens the mana you lose doing this, so you basically get q mana cost half back for free for hitting a q on enemy in lane especially after POM buff on the mana it gives back but it having a 10 second cooldown, this was a buff for POM kogmaw

I just updated the guide, I think cutdown is still good unless you have lanes your guranteed fighting to the death. For example last stand would be better into like shaco sup, or kaisa naut, etc. Champs that dont have executes but fight to the death and you will naturally probably die often against or fight till really low hp. Right now im winning a ton more ever since I started with rageblade terminus bork core, I almost build it every game now, its the best dmg vs squishies and tanks. Id reccomend to check what I changed with the guide also about summoner spells because ghost is kind of back with this meta (explained in guide in the summoner spells section)
