Her passive is called True Marksman: After standing still for a short while Liliana becomes invisible for as long as she holds her position. While in this state she gains increased range for her next auto-attack or ability and if the enemy target is facing away from you, her next auto-attack or damaging ability will Critical Strike.

Her Q is called HEAT Round, which is short for High Explosive Anti Tank Round.
Liliana fires a bullet. At contact with the enemy two explosions occur: one in a circular AoE that deals magical damage in the area and a second explodion in a thin line along the bullets trajectory. This second explosion destroys the enemy's Armor for a while and deals damage based on how much Armor the enemy had. This also includes bonus armor.

Her W is called Implosion Bullet. This is a medium range skill shot. This creates at cursor location an Implosion that sucks enemy champions inward. Enemies closest to the AoE center take significantly more damage than enemies closer to the edge.

Her E is called Round of Fate. This is a very long skill shot that deals 0 damage. Instead it imobilizes the target, preventing it from using abilities or attacks and makes it invulnerable for a few seconds. This ability works on enemies and allies.

Her R is called Omega Bullet. This is her ultimate ability. Liliana takes aim at an enemy and channels. After channeling is complete she releases a bullet that locks in on its target and will fly towards its target's location zig-zagging it's way through any champions or minions close to it's path, increasing in damage each tine it passes through an enemy before finally hitting the original target.
