His Q is called Chaos Shell: Pressing Q in a targeted direction fires a dark orb that increases in size & damage the farther it traveles.
Holding down Q on himself, an ally or an enemy he casts a Shield that continuously damages enemies in an AoE around them for a few seconds.

His W is called Dark Portal: Pann creates a portal at targetted location. If Pann passes through the portal he becomes invisible for 0.5 seconds and gets a massive movement speed boost for a few seconds. Enemies that pass through the portal are slowed for 0.5 seconds and create an uncontrolable illusion of themselves that attacks them.
Pann can cast Dark Portal near small walls to cross over them. Enemies cannot use this feature.

His E is called Void Trap: Pann can place down a maximum of 5 traps. The traps will not trigger automatically when an enemy steps in them. Pann can trigger them by pressing E again while howering the cursor over the trap.
There are two types of traps. Pressing E places a trap that slows in a small AoE. While holding down E will place a larger trap that will pull enemies towards the center of the trap in a medium size AoE.

Pann is the God of the Wild, Chaos, Music and Mischief. He embodies a playfull and often unpredictable nature with his wild spirit and connection to nature lending him an element of mischievousness that can turn dark very fast as he has a tendacy to incite fear and chaos.
He is known for association with the untamed wilderness, and he is often depicted as a man with the legs and horns of a goat. He is both ellusive & very fast, using dark magic to enchance his physical abilities and for these reasons few have ever seen him.
Although not tied with any specific factions in Runeterra, he is often associated to the Void as he may be connected to Dark Magic that corrupts him. On rare occasions he is sometimes heard playing his enchanted flute in the forest.
