The problem is it's less convenient than qwer, so I always forget to use actives...

My item slot 5 is key bound to a mouse button next to my thumb. and Vent is Key bound to the opposite button on my mouse.

Use item 5|Left Click|scrollwheel|Right Click|Vent Talk

I always put my on-use item in the 2nd item slot so I can use 2 to activate it. If I have another on use I will use 3. I find 2 very easy to hit because it's right above W. :)

I've reverted smart-casting and "normal" casting though. QWER are all smart-cast, while SHIFT+QWER are "normal". Much, much better.

smart cast is useless though on any champion that isn't casseopia though
