You don't need a big HP pool for this item to be good. Yoyo is mainly for melees, yes. But it's very good on ranged carries too if your enemies don't have much armor. You NEED yoyo or last whisper on ranged carries. Getting both is bad tho.[/quote]

I'd say combine it with [[Bilgewater Cutlass]] and make an active that reduces healing effects, slows and deals damage(over time?). The passive DoT from EC is upgraded to about 10dmg/sec and the item have stats of about 40AD, 20%CrC, 30%LS with the passive and the active for about 3375g.[/quote]

The name is out of question, but the idea of a bulk resistance item with a shield is good. The price would be something like 2400g, but the shield should be 300HP(60sec CD?) and it should provide 75MR and 75armor.[/quote]
