Ravage should never be used most, Hate Spike does the most damage. Ravage is a good single nuke, but the cooldown isn't fast enough to make it your main damage dealer, as well as it being too mana-hungry to be able to use effectively. It's better for intiating with, as the reduced MgRes it causes makes Hate Spike hurt that bit more.

And Doran's is something I've found to be nessesary on her, without it she's simply too squishy to live at the front lines. With it, you're able to lasthit more without constantly worrying about getting harrass and killed.

Guinsoo's Rageblade is an excellent mid-game item for her, it's cheap and it provides excellent stats for such a low cost.

A Guinsoo's isn't bad, seeing as she can spam her Q and auto attack like MAD!!! XD

start with dorans shield? are you kidding me? also guinso rageblade is not good for evelynn. and RAVAGE is most used and necessary! i dont like this build -1
