Your survivability is ****. You die in 10 seconds in teamfights, and your CD's are too long to effectively spam. Your shield would be your only defense, and it does not have all that much HP. good only if you get fed a **** ton. you did include SOME survivability items, and that is commendable, but you pretty much say full tank or DPS with randuins omen. Not really enough. I like the theory, but the practicality is below average. Sorry, just cant bring myself to upvote. Try some new strategies and see how much they work.

Don't see your problem, item links all over the guide. Putting a link at all the spells and items in all the sentences would just be confusing and would pull the quality of the guide down.

The build is good, and i found it very effective InGame. Good explanation is a big +.

The items are already linked, and if your memory is so extremely weak that you NEED someone to remind you what they do every time they mention them I would strongly suggest you contact a physician.
The spells are both active at the top of the guide, by default, and at the top of the His skills, and the skill sequence title.

How come nobody understands how to put skills and items in as tooltips?! -.-
