Doesn't make sense to build a dps champ and not maxing his most dmging ability first? Q does a lot more dmg, can be spammed more. Since you're going pretty much full dps it seems strange to max e first.

My build is similar to this one, except for a few details. You can check it out sometime, but that's not the point. The point is that Q is not a very powerful ability at all. Its damage scaling is not all that good, and costs about the same amount as flag. It is also very good for support. Much better than maxing Q, it can be useless in many situations. and for harass, a good flag drop +boost attack speed 2 basic attacks = better harassment than 1 dragon strike.

I max flag because it is used more frequently and spamming Q is bad for your DPS because it prevents you from doing your knock-up. Even if you straight DPS, you need to contribute to teamfights as much as possible. So it's better to get a team beneficial buff/damage ability first. This isn't really a pub stomping build, this is a competative build in which maxing damage isn't your first priority.

Please try the builds out before you downvote.

Very well written build, a little more examples would be useful, maybe reasons not to get certain items etc.

I like the initiative that you are taking by making this guide. But a little more detail always helps. Your format is very well done however, no large walls of text. I will try and rate it later tonight after playing a few games with it.
