I just started playing ranked with Caitlyn rune page only. From what I experienced and saw as a new ranked player, 1200s ~ 1400s elo, 1 - 2 runebooks.
Remember that Rammus, Amumu, Shen, and Malphite are very popular bans.

nice, i want 7 rune pages bundle, but i don't like paying for games and don't have credit card...
I use 3 pages: 1 for physical carry (arp, dodge, cdr, arp)
1 for mage (mrp, mp5/lv, ap/lv, ap)
1 for tank (Mr, armor, mr, health)
I need more combinations, for junglers, for non mana champs, tanks that need mrp, carries with mana...
