She was nerfed from what i heard, but i still can play normally with her, they say her ap side got whacked but then again i use an AS/AD build (non tanky version, i have my own build, instead of me explaining it just take a peek if you are curious, it's faster and i'm lazy now).

She is in no way bad. She can dish out a pretty good amount of damage, and if you play off tank you get some good survivability in there too. From what I've seen she really isn't played much though, maybe people assume she's bad because of that. The ratio on her nuke/stun was cut in half, but the cooldown is a second shorter now, so it's a trade-off. She's still effective, even after her nerf. I hope this helps.
