I'm sorry, but if everyone is DVing you and saying lich isn't good for Vlad (which is true), you should seriously reconsider your choices and remove it from the build... >.>

which is why i mentioned in the guide itself "if the enemy has alot of MR take void staff", and lichbane as an item is quite good if you happen to have enough money for it (which i also mentioned in the guide that it is very expensive and is only fo long games)

I would disagree about mejais idea completley, I end most of my games with at least 12 stacks on that thing, thats an extra 116 AP. Ad i have yet to see anyone present a reason why Lichbane is a bad item if the game goes long enough to pcik it up, everyone just hates on it. WotA is an ok pick if you have other AP users on your team but usually its me and 1 other guy using AP to ay significant extent

Lichbane is bad, and imo Mejai's is bad. I implore you to try the new WoTa and Spirit Visage instead. WoTa actually gives you better survivability then licbane.

Ok, yeah the mana regen is a waste but for 1 item slot you get 80 AP, 30 MR, and movespeed. ALso i dont see how the lichbane proc makes any difference if its melee or ranged, an autoattack is an autoattack and both apply the buff, but yeah I think putting anything besides the core build in the main item list was a mistake, thanks for pointing that out (the item description page gives the circumstances for taking abyssal or void)

Abyssal/Void depends on team comp, you shouldn't always have your heart set to Abyssal -- and I see you put this in your items section, might want to make note of it in the build somewhere though, or make a separate team for it, especially since the guide is a wall of text, hard to find specific info.

Also, lich bane is not needed at all on Vlad. He doesn't have mana. And he isn't melee...an a ranged lich bane attack is...eh...

So, yea :) Try to fix those things ^_^

The q spam is nice, but the % increase of damage from sorc shoes (around 18%) is more than the bonus from lucidity (about 10% base on recounts of fights ive seen, and at max rank), and lichbane doesnt replace the q, it acts as filler when you dont have any spells off cd (even at max cdr this will happen). Also, like I mentioned under the itms section, the void staff is nice if the enemy is heavy on mr besides the tank, but if they dont have it I like taking the lich bane. That being said, Im taking the Lichbane off the main item build (i didnt mean to have it there to begin with)

Lich bane isnt a good idea on vlad especially when you have a good Q ability. Also from a one vlad player to another get Ionian boots of lucidity for maximum spam On Transfusion. Then later get a void staff for penetration.
