I always get plenty of IP, but then I spend it on a champ rather than runes.
And I agree, people complain all day about Riot but they try really hard to please us, but with a fan base this huge, they can't please everybody. Too bad that some people can't accept that.

I feel like runes shouldn't be able to be bought with RP (IP boosts are cool though). You can buy everything in this game but runes. Leave something to force people to work for. I feel that getting runes are out of experience, and it shows that you deserve it. Yes, I'm taking into the fact of the gimped IP system.
