That range isn't good for certain champs though, the off-tanks would have best use of it (right in middle of da action)

Yes DEWO, no doubt that arpen runes will win at lvl 18. And like I said I'd still buy arpen reds, mpen reds, and attackspeed reds before you even THOUGHT about buying ad reds (probably in that order too, you can still jungle with arpen reds even if it's not as fast as attackspeed reds)

Well Dewo, I thought the main point of Adoni's post was to say this:
Starks is a giant, hey I'm here guys. Regardless if you're stealthed or not. The range is large indeed, and I wouldn't get it on ranged. Perhaps tanky dps, but since last patch, they aren't very tanky anymore right? Main point is that the aura goes through terrain.
"Hey, dosen't their squishy Ashe have Starks?"
"Oh, so she must be near cause of this debuff."

Yea but eventho ArP reds are best overall. If you buy AS reds for jungling... than isnt this an overkill? YOu are loosing alot of power just to be fiew sec faster on jungling? What about the real thing which is pvp in this game? Apart from ArP/Mpen i dont see any good red runes tbh. There are better for this or that but not overall.

Well again we are going into discussion which item is valid on which champ. I didnt say anywhere anything on this issue :) I just counted (and eventho i was wrong as with Stark as with TBC) ArP items. And Stark and TBC isnt realy ArP, they are "Armor Reduction" items to be super precise.

The most universal rune page that anyone can use (other than junglers of course... but they are "special")
Yellow: HP/lvl
Blue: Flat CDR
Red: Mag Pen OR ArPen (depends on AP or AD hero)
Quints: Flat HP
Btw it may be asked and answered but for any AP caster Red Magic Pen runes are the best you can get period.
Also if you have a mana user you use a lot I would look into flat Mana/5 yellow runes.
