If you buy AS reds for jungling... than isnt this an overkill? YOu are loosing alot of power just to be fiew sec faster on jungling? What about the real thing which is pvp in this game? Apart from ArP/Mpen i dont see any good red runes tbh. There are better for this or that but not overall. I didnt say anywhere anything on this issue :) I just counted (and eventho i was wrong as with Stark as with TBC) ArP items.
