@Xaioli True ELO :| There's no such thing in Solo queue in my opinion. It's all down to luck.
If you keep matching up with a quitter for instance and you're at 800 ELO and you've played
1000 games, it's unfair to say that's his/her's True ELO, especially 'IF' they are getting 15/0/15
every game, but I understand your point, I assume my true ELO is around 1700 :D

Q.Q I had solo queue until level 30 and ~230 games.

Advice to everyone: Just get better and focus on improving as a player overall. Try playing champions that can carry a bad team. For example, I was playing Ryze today and our Caitlyn that took top fed teemo four kills in 10 minutes. That's just plain stupid, but i encouraged her to just play extremely passively and I told her I would carry her. We won, I helped our 0/4 Cait end up being 10/6 by feeding her kills :). So again, be a team player, and just carry.
