What do you think about rylai ? i see some karma players use it but i have some problems :
the slow is useless but the hp/ap is good if you look there is no other hp / ap items except RoA and you dont need the mana , so its rylai worth it even if you dont need the slow ?

you want your lanemate to get the lasthits. often karmas heal even pushes the lane or takes away lasthits unintentianally.
while karma may be superior build AP jannas CC doesnt need items, thus making your lanepartner getting his item earlier while staying viable for the game
