My build for Heimerdinger went from 83% to 77% in a single day by receiving 3 downvotes from people that didn't post a comment. However, my guide DOES have the "Require comment to vote" option turned ON. How did they downvote me so hard without commenting?
How does that feature work?
Or... is this a bug?
