Explanation of the Riddle:
For that I am here,

We are of one kind,

The new one says: My love belongs to wimen.
(Shurelias is mainly picked by female support characters, exceptions could be Blitzcrank and Alistair, but i didn't see any other characters wear Shurelyas.)
The old one says: A man is missing me.
(This refers to Udyr and Innervating Locket, a heartbreaking lovestory)
My balanced strength is good to own,
(It provides MReg and HpReg, aswell as CdR, health and MovSpeed(on active), so it's stats are very balanced)
