@Jun
Hmm, I guess the OP has gotten his answer.
Well I'd just like to point out 2 pretty big fails in your list:
Attack speed seals and glyphs. They're only good on a very select amount of champions, but even on those you're usually better off just going for MR or armor.
MrP quints. AP is better in most cases. Any champion with a ratio for something other than damage has more use of AP quints. Even a champion with only magic damage often has more use of AP than MrP because AP quints always deal more damage early on (before maxing out your skill). MrP is usually best in lategame, but even in lategame MrP is just slightly better than AP.

"Blizzard spoke thus; Thou shalt not BM. And the players replied Nay, I shall Play my hand with Lethal already on the board. And so Blizzard sent unto them this Brawl of Yogg, As a lesson for their sins of Pride and Greed, for he is the Prophet of Madness and RNG. On that day, the tavern descended into an era of chaos and darkness, until the weekend passed and everyone forgot all about it. Amen. Book of SMOrc, Verse 20, Chapter 4." - Feam T
