Q (Oops): Drops a bowl of noodles, damaging in a 400 radius around him for 150/200/250/300/350 (+.65 AP) 9/8/7/6/5 second CD
W (Screamer): Screams at all enemy champions who have their back turned to him, making them falcon punch their computers and get feared for (1/1.3/.6/2/2.5) seconds. 12 second cooldown all levels. 300/350/400/450/500 range.
E (Counter Strike): Goes all rambo, yanking out an AK 47 and shooting at the nearest enemy champion for 100/125/150/175/200 (+ .7 AD) damage per second, for 3 seconds. Bullets cannot be blocked by allies, since he is Scrax and what he says goes. 19/17/15/13/11 CD. 700 range.
R (I <3 Evelynn): Mimics Evelynn, going into stealth for up to 30/40/50 seconds. Next physical attack or ability automatically applies Locked, even if not facing Scrax, and makes him come out of stealth. The next ability also deals 140%/170%/200% of its usual damage, or next physical attack deals 175%/200%/225% of AD and heals Scrax for the full amount. 50/40/30 second cooldown.
