I think Panth is still a good anti-carry and i run good with him, lots of won games and nice scores :0 dunno where the problem is the stun should be okay but some ppl think its buggy cuz they move somewhere while casting so panth jumps but doesnt stun cuz the stun was canceled not like the jump

They fixed a bug where the stun was not applied if using his W, but it ocassionally happens that the stun is cancelled when the target uses Flash and similar spells such as Arcane Shift, it can also be cancelled by all spell-interrupting CC (Silence, Knockup, Stun etc.).
I don't see Panth useless(I still see ppl doing great with him), but I don't play him at all.
