I max E first because it has the largest amount of base damage without AD or AP, i dont have eitehr until i get my black cleaver, i only have AS and my wit end. At level 9 i have E maxed, and i still dont have any AD or AP, so since E has a higher base damage, its the best choice to rank up first, on top of that theres the incresed stun/slow duration to set up kills.also, i think wits end is en extremely underrated item, its procs 42 magic dmage on hit regardless of wether or not the enemy has mana, and even if they do, theres no way youre ever gonna pound on someone long enough to oom them, but tanks normally build armor first, so the magic damage will be less mitigated then normal attack damage, and the extra magic resist is great help to survivability late game. I dont use trinity force because its expensive, and i dont find that theres enough AD in this build for it to be efficient, but one could replace the ghostblade with a T-force if one preferred.

Right. You max E first, while you're not getting AP. Why? Seriously man, you're using an AS-based build, prioritize R>W>E>Q. And I don't like the wit's end, because there are too much chars without mana. If you're going to stick with these items, get black cleaver first and then stark's fervor, throwing in a Negatron Cloak somewhere in between.
Why don't you use a Trinity Force?
